- Plan for and guide the learning process to help students achieve program objectives.
- Uphold and promote the school's philosophy, mission, and goals.
- Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents/guardians.
- Use appropriate assessments as a way to support student learning.
- Work collaboratively with staff members in curriculum design, assessment, and implementation.
- Be an active participant of a school committee.
- Participate in school sponsored events and activities.
- Participate in staff and grade level meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal.
- Represent the school in a positive and professional manner.
