How to apply?
1.Fill out the Enrollment Application, Personal Health Record, and School Bus Application forms (completed in full, signed and dated).
2.Submit the completed forms to the admissions office with the registration required documentation as follows:
1)Foreign residents:
a) Copy of the passport and Chinese Residence Permit page of both the child and the parents
b) Copy of the parents' Chinese Work Permit
c) Four passport size (or 2 inch size) picture of the child
d) One passport size (or 2 inch size) picture of each parent
e) Parents' business cards
2)Hong Kong and Macao residents:
a) Copy of Hong Kong or Macao Permanent Identity Card of both the child and the parents
b) Copy of the parents' "Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Staff Employment Permits"
c) Four passport size (or 2 inch size) picture of the child
d) One passport size (or 2 inch size) picture of each parent
e) Parents' business cards
3)Taiwan residents:
a) Copy of Mainland Travel Permit of both the child and the parents
b) Copy of the parents' "Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Staff Employment Permits"
c) Four passport size (or 2 inch size) picture of the child
d) One passport size (or 2 inch size) picture of each parent
e) Parents' business cards
3.Submit child's academic transcripts/records to the admissions office.
Grade One to Grade Five submit report cards of previous two years.
Kindergarten and Early Childhood submit any report cards, if available
4.Payment of the Application Fee of RMB 1600.00 by:
1)Cash (in RMB only);
2)Bank transfer (either in RMB or USD) according to the following information:

Once you make the payment, please forward to our office a copy of your bank remittance with your child's
English name written on it to prove student' s tuition payment.
The application fee is not refundable and is valid for the assigned school year.
